Henrique Reis Founder
Henrique Reis is the founder and president of Reis Information Systems. As the founder, he is responsible for managing business activities, new business development, finance and ensuring client satisfaction. He has performed services for over a thousand companies since 1991 in a wide variety of sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, high tech and the airline industry.
Prior to establishing Reis Information Systems and OmegaWorks (an IoT company), he founded another IT firm which was successfully acquired. He has also been a senior network engineer at Orbex Computer Systems in Guelph, and an IT support technician at
Henrique earned many Microsoft and Cisco certifications and spends considerable time each year in such vendor-specific training facilities such as Cisco, Microsoft, Dell and others to gain and maintain industry-specific skills and certifications.
Henrique lives in Kitchener with his wife and family, and lives life to the full meaning of work hard and play hard. In his spare time, Henrique trains for long distance triathlons and has done many Ironman races.
Gus VolpeDirector, Operations & Project Management
Gus Volpe started working for Reis Information Systems in October 2016 as Director, Operations & Project Management
Before joining Reis, Gus worked as Director of Project Management and IT Director for Northeast North America for AMEC for over 16 years. Gus was responsible for the implementation of back office projects.
Gus is a life-long learner and holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from Conestoga College and is 6 courses away from completing his Bachelor of Technology Degree from Thompson Rivers University. He also holds certificates and master’s certificates in Project Management from George Washington University and McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
Scott Reist Manager of Client Services
Scott joined the team in 2009 and has been in the IT industry since the mid 90’s. He is extremely knowledgeable in the day-to-day administration of IT networks for small and medium-sized businesses. With years of experience under his belt, Scott takes the lead role in many deployments and leads our ManagedCare Managed Services team.
In his spare time, Scott keeps a complex saltwater aquarium holding a variety of fish and corals. He also enjoys fishing, watching movies and riding his ATV.

Neil Murray Technical Account Manager
Neil has over 20 years of client-facing IT experience. He builds long-term trusted relationships that span over a decade while focusing on working with our clients to ensure that they are satisfied that their technology needs are being met. With technical strengths in networking and virtualization, Neil will also help on the technical front where required.
In his spare time, Neil focuses on spending time with his family. Whether out on the ball diamonds or ringette ice coaching, acting together in local theatre and festivals, or just sitting by the campfire with the little ones, time with family is always a priority. Neil also gets involved within the community by sitting on various volunteer Board of Directors.
Matthew Kerry Technical Field Specialist
Matthew has been working with Reis Information Systems for the past 4 years, growing his skills in the IT industry. Matthew and the Reis team work towards the continued health and maintenance of workstations, servers, and network infrastructures for their client. His primary responsibilities are with Windows Servers, Email Systems, and Onsite Maintenance visits.
In his downtime, he enjoys spending his time outdoors hiking and biking.
Pedro Lopes Systems Administrator
Pedro has over 16 years of experience in Customer Service which has made him an exceptional Systems Administrator. He provides our clients with the excellent server, application, desktop support, and administration.
Pedro is a father of 3 boys and an avid PC gamer and card gamer.
Tracy Sellers Accounting Systems
Tracy operates the accounting department for Reis Information Systems. Her extensive background in bookkeeping and office administration shows in the efficiency of our finance division. She oversees all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and HR inquiries.
In her spare time, she enjoys her family time, reading and outdoor activities.
Anastasiia Fedorova Advertising & Marketing Specialist
Anastasiia is responsible for the development of outbound and inbound marketing activities which help to generate growth for Reis Information Systems. With her passion for the graphic design and marketing, Anastasiia is focused on creating marketing campaigns that engage with Reis' clients and generate new leads.
In her spare time, Anastasiia enjoys working on multiple photography projects and learning new design skills. She is a very active and energetic person who cannot imagine her life without sport and friends.
Rebecca Clayton Tech Coordinator
Rebecca coordinates the scheduling, development and implementation of projects and systems for Reis Information Systems. She provides assistance to technicians with inside sales by preparing quotes, proposals and ticket management. Quality of service is one of our top priorities. To ensure that such quality is reached, Rebecca contacts our clients directly to ensure client satisfaction. She assists with general office organization and provides assistance where needed to allow further growth of Reis Information Systems.
Whether diving into a good book, hiking on beautiful nature trails or participating in sports/working out, Rebecca likes to keep busy. The top thing on her bucket list is to visit every continent.
Madison Dube Junior Marketing Specialist
Madison assists our sales department in preparing quotes, proposals and assisting our clients to take advantage manufacturers promotions. She also assists with general office organization and provides assistance where needed to allow further growth of Reis Information Systems. In addition, she assists with marketing efforts for Reis. In her spare time, Madison loves to spend time with family and friends, or to lose herself in books. Her top goal is to visit almost every country.
